PLATFORM DH was inspired by the visual details I noticed around Denmark Hill station, specifically the graffiti along the tracks and on the tunnels. The layered marks and personalised lettering stood out within a space that is mostly functional and overlooked. The aim of this design is to reflect the energy of even simple graffiti lettering sitting against the stations structured architecture. This typeface is for big and bold lettering, implying artistic personalisation while maintaining its clean and clear structure.
